We do this by: Expanding renewables Transforming conventional power Strengthening electrical grids Driving industrial decarbonization Securing the supply chain and necessary minerals Responsibilities: The service to be provided has a focus on providing comprehensive support for the CRM Product Owner TI and the independently Managed Businesses (IMBs) within the Transformation of Industry (TI) Business Area; supporting Siemens Energy accountable and responsible Product Owners in the full lifecycle of projects, and clerical administration of the Salesforce platform. Siemens Energy expects the following competencies to be available at the service provider Assisting the CRM Product Owner TI and the IMBs with both significant and minor project implementations Creation of Salesforce training materials for Champions, Key Users and End Users Collect requirements from stakeholders and business users, translate these requirements into detailed User Stories, and monitor their progress throughout the development process Perform User Acceptance Test (UAT) of the User Stories in the Salesforce platform Aligning, collaborating, and communicating with remote teams to ensure clarity on the requirements Managing Salesforce users for the Transformation of Industry business Developing Dashboards and Reports within Salesforce to support the entire Transformation of Industry Business Area Ensuring and upholding data integrity, processes, and standards Managing and responding to Transformation of Industry requests within Salesforce Siemens Energy is considered relevant for Siemens AG to assure applicants with skillset and experience covering Experience required- 2-5 years Excellent command / highly proficient in spoken and written English.
