Job Description

We are looking for a skilled SFDC Consultant with 5-22 years of experience to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and API.

Roles and Responsibility

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement Salesforce solutions.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for Salesforce projects.
Provide training and support to end-users on Salesforce applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce implementation.
Analyze business requirements and provide recommendations for process improvements using Salesforce.
Work closely with stakeholders to identify and prioritize project requirements.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and API.
Experience with Salesforce development and customization.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
