Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
Must-Have
• Candidate must have working hands on experience of more than 6 years as a Salesforce developer and having thorough knowledge on CPQ would be beneficial.
• Strong Visualforce and Apex code knowledge. Work on customizing multiple managed package in salesforce
• Good analysis skill is required to understand the Client requirements and provide solution for the same
. • Should be capable of providing solutions in terms of code optimization or re factoring that can improve the system performance
• Debugging skill and technical hands-on coding configuration
• Implementation experience and domain knowledge in Salesforce Sales/ functionality and any of following multiple CRM subject areas.
• Certifications must include 401 & 501
• Additionally, it would be good if certified as well for TECHNICAL/APPLICATION/SYSTEM architect Good Knowledge on LWC is must
Good-to-Have
• Should have a thorough understanding of Salesforce.com project lifecycle.
• Experience reviewing and documenting code.
• Knowledge on Source Control.
• Experience with Apttus
