Job Summary

Salesforce Architect

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end

  Salesforce solution architecture

  design and development across multiple business domains.
• Define

  data models, security models, and integration patterns

  for Salesforce implementations.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, high-performing

  Salesforce solutions

  aligned with best practices.
• Provide technical leadership to

  developers, admins, and functional consultants

  , ensuring quality and consistency across builds.
• Architect and implement

  integrations

  using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, etc.), and event-driven patterns.
• Optimize Salesforce

  performance, scalability, and maintainability

  through technical audits and solution reviews.
• Oversee

  CI/CD processes

  using Salesforce DevOps tools (Gearset, Copado, Jenkins, GitHub).
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to define

  roadmaps and technical governance

  frameworks.
• Stay updated with Salesforce releases and recommend

  innovation opportunities

  to maximize ROI.

Mandatory Skills

• 8+ years of Salesforce experience, with at least 3 years as an

  Architect or Lead

  .
• Strong understanding of

  Salesforce platform architecture

  (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components).
• Proven experience with

  Salesforce data modeling

  , security, and sharing models.
• Deep knowledge of

  Salesforce Integration patterns

  (REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, External Services).
• Proficiency with

  DevOps/CI-CD

  tools: Git, Copado, Gearset, or Jenkins.
• Experience with

  Salesforce DX, scratch orgs

  , and automated deployment pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with

  Apex triggers, batch classes, Lightning components

  , and Flows.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Familiarity with

  middleware tools

  (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica Cloud).
• Salesforce

  Architect certifications

  (Application Architect / System Architect / Technical Architect).
• Experience in

  multi-org strategy

  Salesforce to non-SF system integration
