A Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud (Demandware) Tech Lead is responsible for leading technical development and implementation of Salesforce Commerce Cloud solutions for eCommerce platforms. Here s a general job description: Responsibilities Architect, design, and develop scalable solutions using Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud (SFCC). Lead backend development efforts, including SFRA and Headless Commerce implementations. Oversee code quality, performance optimization, and security best practices. Manage third-party integrations (payment gateways, OMS, CRM, analytics). Collaborate with cross-functional teams (frontend engineers, solution architects, product managers). Define and enforce coding standards, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in complex multi-site environments. Mentor and guide junior developers. Requirements 5+ years of experience in Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud (SFCC) development. Expertise in SFRA, OCAPI, SCAPI, and server-side scripting. Strong knowledge of JavaScript, ISML, Git, Jira, Confluence. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and DevOps principles. Salesforce B2C Commerce Developer Certification (required), Architect Certification (preferred). Excellent communication and leadership skills.
