We are seeking to recruit a

Senior Advisor

in our

Settlement Operations

team under

Individual Marketplace Financial Operations

. The ideal candidate will be capable of conducting in-depth analysis of reconciliations, deciphering complex exceptions, and coordinating internally to ensure timely resolution. This position provides exposure to a globally distributed, high-performing team and offers diverse learning and development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Perform bank account reconciliations and manage daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial assignmentsConduct root-cause analysis for financial exceptions and lead resolution effortsAnalyze trends, enter exception data, and ensure appropriate agingSupport operational needs analysis and provide input on project requirementsDeliver tasks with accuracy and within defined timelines, maintaining strong attention to detailIdentify and communicate process improvement opportunitiesCollaborate and interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels

Requirements

Strong accounting knowledge, including journal entries and understanding of financial impactsIntermediate Excel skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracyExcellent verbal and written communication skills; professional and composed demeanorStrong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasksBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldExperience with cloud-based reconciliation tools (e.g., Blackline) is a plusProven experience in cash, clearing, and settlement reconciliation in a high-volume transaction environmentDemonstrated ownership and accountability to drive tasks through completionTeam player with collaborative work styleKnowledge of U.S. Banking systems and card networks is a plus

Qualifications

Qualification:

Graduation

– B.Com preferred, or any graduate with a background in Accounting and Finance.Kindly Note:- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in financial operations, reconciliation, or related accounting functions will be preferred
