Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Services and Sales Coordinator at Complete Instrumentation Solutions Pvt. Ltd. The Services and Sales Coordinator will be responsible for sales coordination, customer service, communication with clients, managing sales operations, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Services Desk Coordination skills
• Customer Service and Communication skills
• Good English writing and verbal skills
• Interacting with Customers, internal services team and the OEM/suppliers
• Experience in customer service roles
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of the instrumentation or related industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree preferably in Engineering or Diploma in Engineering
