To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills: - ServiceNow certifications with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the field. - Technical expertise in the ServiceNow platform and its capabilities, including various SN offerings in ITSM and other products. - Strong interpersonal, critical thinking, organizational, and methodical skills. - Effective influencing and negotiation skills to handle conflicting interests. - Excellent presentation skills and the ability to influence without formal authority. - Collaborative mindset to work effectively across multiple stakeholders, departments, and countries within a global organization. - Ability to operate efficiently in a matrix organization by understanding the big picture and breaking down silo thinking.
