Job Description

As a ServiceNow Transformation Expert at dsm-firmenich, you will play a crucial role in the ongoing enterprise service management (ESM) project focused on merging existing ITSM tools and deploying the new Global Enterprise Services (GES) platform. Your responsibilities will involve collaborating with process owners and technical experts to shape the future of global enterprise services. Here is a breakdown of what you will be doing: - Participate in ESM projects to shape the future of global enterprise services by collaborating with process owners and technical experts. - Serve as a functional expert in implementing new IT and business processes for various service delivery units within GES. - Implement ServiceNow platform best practices and promote the increased utilization of existing capabilities to enhance business value. - Work closely with the third-party platform support team, ServiceNow process owners, and other stakeholders to drive change and improve service offerings. - Offer insights into performance monitoring, analysis, and reporting on existing processes and solutions. - Engage in platform audits, report findings, and contribute to enhancements. - Ensure knowledge is identified, created, maintained, and published while reviewing process and quality aspects. To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills: - ServiceNow certifications with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the field. - Technical expertise in the ServiceNow platform and its capabilities, including various SN offerings in ITSM and other products. - Strong interpersonal, critical thinking, organizational, and methodical skills. - Effective influencing and negotiation skills to handle conflicting interests. - Excellent presentation skills and the ability to influence without formal authority. - Collaborative mindset to work effectively across multiple stakeholders, departments, and countries within a global organization. - Ability to operate efficiently in a matrix organization by understanding the big picture and breaking down silo thinking.
