ServiceNow Technical Lead - ITOM

The person should be experienced in designing, Implementing, solution various ServiceNow related applications and modules. Must possess technical knowledge and hands on experience on CMDB, ITOM, Service Mapping and Event Management along with ITSM. Good to have HAMand SAM.

Key Responsibilities

Will lead team ServiceNow developers and Testers

Train team members on Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping

Conduct customer and internal Demos

Support and maintain all technical aspects of ServiceNow platform.

Design and Develop OOTB and custom application on ServiceNow platform with primary focus on ITSM development

Owns the requirement gathering sessions collaborating with various stakeholders.

Convert user stories into technical solutions.

Possess the ability to work independently with minimal management supervision

Testing of new and existing functionality

Documentation of new and existing process

Train end users/stakeholders

Experience and Skills Required

8+ years of experience in developing application using ServiceNow platform (Development & administration)

Must have a lead a team in technical capacity

Must have strong expertise on CMDB, ITOM-Discovery, Event Management, Integration with 3rd party monitoring tools

Extensive experience creating custom Widget using html, CSS, bootstrap , AngularJS, Server Side scripting, Jelly Script, jQuery

Should have experience in integrations including AD, MID Server and third party tools using web services, SOAP, REST, etc.

Experience of Scoped application and Service Portal

Should have good understanding about domain separation

Excellent Analytical, Logical, communication and problem-solving skills

Should have ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator)

ServiceNow Certified Application Developer

CIS-Discovery; CIS-Event Management
