ServiceNow Technical Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the architecture and design of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, and other modules.
  
• Define technical standards, guidelines, and best practices for ServiceNow development and implementation.
  
• Provide hands-on expertise in ServiceNow scripting, Flow Designer, Integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, etc.).
  
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and functional consultants to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  
• Review and optimize existing implementations for performance, scalability, and compliance.
  
• Oversee platform upgrades, patching, and ensure adherence to governance policies.
  
• Mentor and guide development teams to deliver high-quality ServiceNow solutions.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 8+ years of overall IT experience with at least 5 years in

  ServiceNow architecture & development

  .
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow modules:

  ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM

  .
• Hands-on experience in

  ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, etc.)

  .
• Experience with

  ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, API, LDAP, SSO, MID Server, etc.)

  .
• Knowledge of

  CMDB design & data modeling

  .
• Certified

  ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA)

  and

  ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)

  required.
• Preferred:

  ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA)

  or relevant advanced certifications.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  

Good to Have:

• Exposure to

  Agile/Scrum methodologies

  .
• Knowledge of

  cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

  .
• Experience with ServiceNow

  Performance Analytics and Reporting

  .
