• Excellent knowledge of the ServiceNow Platform and its core features (main applications, shared capabilities, CMDB…).
• Portal management and customization
• Excellent knowledge of

  SPM, Service Catalog definition and setup with practical experiences (with practical experiences) : PPM + Project Management + Demand management , OKR (EAP is a plus)

• 8+ years Hands-on ServiceNow with 3+ years SPM.
• Designing and prototyping skills, transforming ideas into solutions leveraging SN product capabilities
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of Sales processes
• Knowledge of Ordering and SPM processes
• English: Excellent.
• Excellent communication: ability to explain complex topics to a non IT audience, active listening and supportive attitude
• Proactive: propose help and assistance in design activities, detect room for improvement and look for optimizations
• Team player: you will be a key asset to the team and need to be willing to support and jump in when things get complicated
