**Job Description:** As a passionate Service Management and Platform professional, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development and evolution of a strategic Platform at UBS. Your role will involve participating in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) activities, resolving incidents, executing changes, analyzing problem tickets, and driving continuous service improvement initiatives. You will work in a complex, global environment where your ideas are valued, and your efforts are appreciated. The role will require you to engage in advanced SRE activities, identify solutions for incidents, collaborate with vendors and engineers, and drive process optimization and automation initiatives. **Key Responsibilities:** - Participate in SRE activities including incident resolution, change execution, and problem ticket analysis - Identify solutions for incidents through open-source communities, vendor liaison, and engineer collaboration - Drive continuous service improvement initiatives such as process optimization, automation via scripts, and other innovations - Maintain transparency with partner teams and customers, collaborating with them to address key challenges - Participate in life cycle management projects, major incident management calls, problem management discussions, maintenance & DR exercises, and other forums - Engage in advanced support activities such as environment management, release/deployment, debugging, Business rule management, ACL management, data import/export, etc. - Open to flexible working hours, including shifts **Qualifications Required:** - Graduate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related subject, or equivalent education with 5+ years of IT experience - 3+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow in development or SRE activities - Experience in participating in critical outages or Major Incident Management issues - Analytical and logical thinking skills, experience in one scripting languages - Effective communication skills with fluency in written and spoken English - ServiceNow Administration certification or higher - ServiceNow systems integration skills - Complex problem-solving skills and experience in technical analysis (Note: No additional details of the company were provided in the job description),
