ServiceNow SPM Developer

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and configure ServiceNow SPM modules:

Project Portfolio Management (PPM)
Demand Management
Resource Management
Financial Planning

Customize workflows, forms, UI policies, business rules, and client/server scripts.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
Build dashboards and reports for portfolio insights and performance tracking.
Integrate ServiceNow SPM with other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, HRMS).
Ensure platform scalability, performance, and adherence to best practices.
Support testing, deployment, and post-implementation activities.

Desired Candidate Profile:

5+ years of ServiceNow development experience, with 2+ years in SPM/PPM modules.
Strong understanding of project and portfolio management principles.
Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting.
Experience with ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Certifications (Preferred):

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist SPM or PPM
ITIL Foundation Certification
