Job Description

Location :

Configure and customize ServiceNows SPM modules including Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Demand Management, Resource Management, and Financial Planning.
Develop solutions for Capex planning, budgeting, and forecasting within the ServiceNow platform.
Business Analysis & Process Design
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable SPM solutions.
Design workflows and dashboards for portfolio tracking, investment planning, and ROI analysis.
Technical Development
Build and maintain custom applications, integrations, and automation using JavaScript, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
Ensure alignment with ServiceNow’s best practices and Now Create methodology.
Reporting & Analytics
Develop performance metrics, KPIs, and reports for portfolio health, financial tracking, and resource utilization.
Support executive-level dashboards and data visualization.
Testing & Deployment
Conduct unit, system, and UAT testing for SPM configurations.
Support deployment activities and post-go-live stabilization.
Technical Expertise
5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
3+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow SPM/ITBM suite.
Proficiency in JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, and ServiceNow Studio.
Domain Knowledge
Strong understanding of Capex planning, financial modeling, and portfolio governance.
Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
Certifications (Preferred)
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Project Portfolio Management (CIS-PPM)
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
