This position is fully remote within India. Duration: Full time - 12-month contract Work Hours: India Standard Time (IST), with overlap to global teams 11:30 am 8pm We are seeking a skilled and motivated ServiceNow SPM Configurator with 34 years of hands-on experience to join our clients consulting team. This is a 12-month fully remote contract with a possibility of extension based on performance and project needs. In this role, you’ll focus on configuring and enhancing ServiceNow’s Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) module to meet business requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in SPM and a collaborative mindset. Experience with HRSD (Human Resources Service Delivery) is a strong plus . Responsibilities: Configure and customize ServiceNow’s SPM module , including Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Demand Management, Resource Management, and Agile Development. Translate business and functional requirements into technical specifications and working configurations. Design and implement workflows, reports, dashboards, and automation within the SPM module. Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and platform admins to ensure high-quality solutions. Maintain data integrity, optimize performance, and support system testing and deployment. Stay current with ServiceNow best practices and SPM-related platform updates. Support integration and scripting efforts as needed. Job requirements 3–6 years of hands-on ServiceNow configuration experience, with a focus on the SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) module. Solid understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities (e.g., workflows, business rules, UI policies, scripting). Experience in a consulting or client-facing environment preferred. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional team. Bonus Skills (Nice to Have): Experience with ServiceNow HRSD (Human Resources Service Delivery) module. ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist – SPM or HRSD).
