Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s a plus).
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in IT Service Management or Enterprise Platforms.
• Hands-on experience with

  ServiceNow

  , specifically the

  Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)

  module.
• Strong knowledge of

  SPM functionalities

  : Demand Management, Project Portfolio Management, Resource Management, Financial Planning.
• Ability to gather, document, and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• English proficiency.

It's a PLUS if you have...

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or SPM-related certifications.
• Experience in large-scale digital transformation projects.
• Knowledge of reporting and dashboarding within ServiceNow.
