Job Description

As a ServiceNow (SNOW) Business Analyst at the company, you will play a crucial role in delivering initiatives across People/HR processes and systems. You will report to the Global Tower Lead, Employee Experience, and closely collaborate with the Regional People/HR Operations, People/HR Centres of Excellence (COE) and Enterprise Platform teams. Your responsibilities will include partnering and delivering items on the functional product roadmap and improvement projects within your Tower. You will work on identifying process gaps and opportunities to enhance employee experiences when using ServiceNow (case management and knowledge). **Key Responsibilities:** - Maintain, develop, and construct processes related to Employee Experience for the People organization within CBRE. - Document procedures/protocols, process flows, approver levels, and decision points. - Work on enhancements related to ServiceNow in the Case Management area and within the Knowledge Base. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess and identify areas of improvement within the tower process and product landscape. - Maintain and coordinate Internal Platform documentation and business SOP documents as required. - Leverage design, documentation, and implementation techniques to deliver process solutions. - Coordinate UAT with the Platform Support teams and maintain master UAT scripts within the tower. - Maintain the Platform workstack in accordance with governance standards and provide regular status updates to Tower Leader/Stakeholders. **Qualifications Required:** - 5+ years of experience with People/HR Systems and Processes, including ServiceNow. - Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in HR, IT, or a related field of study preferred with 3-5 years of experience. - Experience in functionality design requirements and implementation best practices. - Experience in guiding initiatives and stakeholders through change and process improvement. - Experience and qualifications in Process Mapping, Continuous Improvement, Lean, Six Sigma, and Solution Design principles preferred. - Stakeholder and Project Management experience. - Experience working within a shared services or centralized operating environment for a global company is desired.
