What you ll build

As an DevOps Engineer on our team, you will work with other DevOps Engineers to handle release management of HCSM Landscape used by thousands of users across the globe. You will closely collaborate with all delivery teams, product owners and other experts in an agile environment to perform your daily activities.
In your daily business, you will be focused on ServiceNow platform deployments and operations of ServiceNow landscape.

Release/Patch Management of ServiceNow Landscape.
Handle Daily, Bi-weekly deployments across ServiceNow HCSM landscape.
Performing Weekend deployments during Go-Lives and Release deployments.
Perform/Support ServiceNow HCSM landscape Cloning s.
Perform/support ServiceNow Upgrades.
Collaborate with team and Closely work with Scrum Master , Product Owner to deliver high-quality software that meets the needs of customers.
Working in a highly self-motivated and reliable manner and applying agile software development principles

What you bring:

Academic degree (Bachelor or Master) in Computer Science or information technology or related fields
ServiceNow Administration(cloning, Deployments, Upgrades etc)
Experience with ServiceNow platform development (CSM, ITSM, ITOM).
Programming skills in a language of your choice JAVA, JavaScript, Python, etc. is a Plus
Have an agile mindset and be comfortable in working in a fast-paced, iterative development environment
Ability to work in an international setup, remote development teams and stakeholders with good communication skills.
Experience in ServiceNow Platform is a plus
Knowledge of Agile (SAFe) implementation methods is a plus
Strategic thinking, strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Quick learner, passionate, motivated and self-managed
4+ years of professional working experience in ServiceNow Administration.
Experience in application delivery processes, procedures key metrics

Central to this effort is the 3rd Party SaaS platform ServiceNow and its applications IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM) and Security Operations Management (SecOps).
By creating this solution, we serve all SAP lines of business (e.g. Ariba, Fieldglass, S/4, SFSF) and cross teams (e.g. ECS, GCS, CSI).
