ServiceNow Platform Architect

Role Overview: As a ServiceNow Platform Architect, your main responsibility will be to document the overall platform design and analyze the impact of new requirements. You are expected to be a technical leader in the enterprise security and architecture domain, as well as in IT service management. Your experience in ServiceNow advanced system administration and application development will play a crucial role in your success in this position. Additionally, your expertise in database design schemas, data modeling, and strong requirements gathering will be essential for effectively fulfilling your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Define, guide, and support the execution of technical governance processes. - Help develop standards and practices for maintaining the ServiceNow architecture model. - Support the design and implementation of a platform operating model to achieve desired outcomes and foster end-user adoption. - Provide technical evaluation of demands against ServiceNow platform architecture, platform capabilities, and best practices. - Offer guidance on prototyping and accelerating time from design to deployment. - Advise on configuration and coding standards. - Support remediation of configurations not aligned to ServiceNow best practices.
