Source candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, Naukri, Indeed, etc. Work closely with US clients and hiring managers to understand job requirements. Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews. Manage offers, negotiations, and onboarding. Maintain candidate pipelines and update the ATS regularly. Requirements 2–6 years of hands-on IT recruitment experience (US staffing experience mandatory). Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with job boards and Boolean searches . Excellent spoken and written English communication . Understanding of US work authorizations (H1B, GC, OPT, CPT, etc.) is a plus. Comfortable working onsite in Bhubaneswar with US time overlap .
