Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end integrations of ServiceNow ITSM with enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, Monitoring tools).
Design, configure, and implement REST/SOAP APIs, JDBC, LDAP, and MID Server integrations.
Build data flows, import sets, and transform maps for seamless data exchange.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable integration solutions.
Ensure high availability, performance, and security of integrations.
Requirements:
6+ years ServiceNow experience, with strong ITSM integration background.
Proficient in REST/SOAP, JSON, XML, MID Server.
Strong scripting skills (JavaScript, Glide).
ServiceNow certifications preferred (CSA, ITSM Implementation).
Location - Mumbai, Delhi / NCR, Bengaluru , Kolkata, Chennai, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Pune, Remote.
