Proven expertise in REST/SOAP API integrations within the ServiceNow platform. 1-2 Years Experience in the Automated Test Framework (ATF) for automated testing in ServiceNow. Skilled in JavaScript, Glide scripting, and ServiceNow Studio development. Familiar with ServiceNow platform upgrades, performance optimization, and instance troubleshooting. Solid understanding of ITIL processes and frameworks. Experience working within Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
