Experience:

Role Overview:

ITSM Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with business and technical teams to define ITOM requirements and objectives.
Gather and document functional requirements for
Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB
.
Translate business needs into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
Facilitate workshops and discussions with stakeholders to validate requirements.
Support testing and UAT by ensuring requirements are met and defects are resolved.
Act as a liaison between development teams and business users throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills & Experience:

69 years of experience in IT Service Management or IT Operations, with at least 3+ years as a Business Analyst.
Strong understanding of
ServiceNow ITOM modules
and ITIL processes.
Experience in creating
BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flows
.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with
CMDB, Discovery patterns, and Service Mapping concepts
.

Preferred Qualifications:

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or ITOM Fundamentals.
Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
