• CSDM

• Implementing and maintaining the

• Defining data requirements, configuring CMDB classes, and establishing relationships between

  Configuration Items (CIs)

• Defining, creating, and maintaining relationships such as

  dependencies

  service relationships

• Developing and implementing

  data management and governance policies

  to ensure data

  accuracy, consistency, and completeness
