Job Title: ServiceNow ITOM/AIOps Implementation Specialist Location: Chennai/Bangalore Experience: 9 to 12 years Company: Mindsprint Job Summary: Mindsprint is looking for a talented ServiceNow ITOM/AIOps Implementation Specialist to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing and optimizing IT Operations Management (ITOM) and AIOps solutions using the ServiceNow platform. You will be responsible for deploying, configuring, and maintaining ServiceNow ITOM/AIOps modules to enhance operational efficiency and drive intelligent automation. Key Responsibilities: Implement and configure ServiceNow ITOM/AIOps modules, including Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping, and Operational Intelligence. Integrate ServiceNow ITOM/AIOps solutions with other IT systems and tools. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Develop workflows, scripts, and automation rules to streamline IT operations. Monitor and optimize the performance of ITOM/AIOps solutions. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow ITOM/AIOps applications. Maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and procedures. Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices in ITOM and AIOps. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 9 to 12 years of experience in ServiceNow ITOM/AIOps implementation and configuration. Strong understanding of ITOM and AIOps processes and best practices. Proficiency in JavaScript, PowerShell, and other scripting languages. Experience with ServiceNow modules such as Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping, and Operational Intelligence. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills. ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist or similar certification is a plus.
