ServiceNow ITOM Developer and Architect

You are looking for experienced ServiceNow ITOM Developers and Architects to join your team. The ideal candidates will have expertise in Discovery, Service Mapping, and CMDB design, along with a passion for scalable, reliable, and high-impact ITOM solutions. As an Architect, you will lead end-to-end ITOM solution architecture, define ITOM roadmap, best practices, data governance models, and design scalable CMDB models aligned with ITIL and business needs. You will collaborate with stakeholders, provide guidance to development teams, and conduct design reviews and health assessments. As a Developer, you will implement and maintain ServiceNow ITOM modules, develop patterns and sensors for automated discovery, customize and enhance ServiceNow ITOM applications using JavaScript, integrate third-party tools with ServiceNow, maintain CMDB data quality, and develop technical documentation. Required skills and qualifications include 5+ years of ServiceNow experience with a focus on ITOM, hands-on experience in Discovery and Service Mapping, understanding of CMDB, CI classes, CI relationships, proficiency in JavaScript, REST/SOAP integrations, and ServiceNow scripting, deep understanding of IT infrastructure, experience with MID Server deployment, and good communication and collaboration skills. Preferred certifications include ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - ITOM, ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, and ITIL Foundation Certification.,
