Job Description

Responsible for end-to-end implementation and maintenance of ServiceNow Asset Management modules, including Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM)

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and maintain ServiceNow HAM and SAM modules
Capture asset management requirements from stakeholders through workshops/demos
Configure, customize, and integrate asset management solutions
Ensure compliance with asset lifecycle and data management best practices
Develop workflows, dashboards, and reports for asset tracking/optimization
Manage CMDB and Import/Update Sets for asset data
Create supporting documentation (technical, design, user manuals)
Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems relevant to asset management
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver efficient asset processes
Provide ongoing support for asset module enhancements and BAU activities

Profile:

Practical experience with ServiceNow HAM/SAM implementation and configuration
Skilled in scripting (JavaScript), UI design, workflows, CMDB, and integrating external asset data sources
Knowledge of ITIL, asset lifecycle, and software licensing concepts (optional)
Desired Certifications: ServiceNow Asset Management certifications (preferred)
NOW Platform Development or equivalent credentials
