Job Description

As a ServiceNow IRM at StatusNeo's Gurugram location, your role will involve managing and enhancing Incident Response Management processes within the ServiceNow platform. Your key responsibilities will include: - Implementing and configuring ServiceNow IRM solutions with over 7 years of hands-on experience. - Applying governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) principles effectively. - Developing ServiceNow scripts including Business Rules, UI Policies, and Client Scripts. - Utilizing front-end development skills, particularly with React.js/Angular.js. - Handling REST and SOAP API integrations proficiently. - Practicing Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Demonstrating excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. The qualifications required for this role are: - ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - IRM (CIS-IRM) is preferred. - Experience in ServiceNow upgrades and version migrations is advantageous. - Exposure to other ServiceNow modules such as SecOps or ITSM is a plus.,
