As a Senior Developer at EY, you will be part of the EY GDS-ServiceNow team working on solving client issues using the ServiceNow platform. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a leading firm's growth and success. - Lead the design, configuration, and customization of the ServiceNow platform to enhance user experience and operational efficiency. - Develop and implement service request fulfilment workflows, automate complex tasks, and optimize business processes using advanced scripting tools. - Architect integrations with third-party systems, collaborate with stakeholders to gather specifications, and deliver high-quality products aligned with business objectives. To excel in this role, you should have: - 3-6 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration, with expertise in integration, UI Builder, Playbook, and CIS-CSM. - Strong knowledge of dispute management processes and Financial Services Operations (FSO). - Proficiency in scripting languages, problem-solving skills, and effective communication with stakeholders. To qualify for this position, you should: - Hold a college degree in a related technology field or have equivalent job experiences. - Have CSA certification and at least 1 CIS in CSM or IRM. - Experience in leading projects, mentoring junior developers, and ITIL foundations certification are highly valued. Ideally, you should also have experience with SDLC, TFS, JIRA, or equivalent tools for maintaining stories, as well as knowledge of ServiceNow's latest version features.
