How You Add Value

Reviews, analyzes, and gives feedback on requirements/functional designs
Proposes ServiceNow architectural new options or changes
Designs and developments for larger enhancements, projects, and cross system/functional enhancements.
Strong Hands-on experience of Integration Hub with different third-party systems.
Experience with Scripting, Business Rules, Script Includes, Scheduled Jobs - all scripted aspects of the Service Now system
Experience with service Now client and server-side JavaScript and the ServiceNow APIs

Components worked on:

Flow designer
Service Portal
Integration Hub

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
3+ year experience with ServiceNow Integration with third party tools using Integration Hub.
5+ years of IT experience in ServiceNow ITSM and other modules.
