Payroll from teamlease Client: Accenture You will be working with US/UK/Europe clients (discussion will happen during client interview) Looking for candidate who can join within 15 days of notice period. Minimum CSA certification is mandatory Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Management (HR). - Strong understanding of incident management processes and best practices. - Experience with service request fulfillment and workflow automation. - Familiarity with ITIL framework and its application in service management. - Ability to analyze and interpret data to drive decision-making. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Management (HR). - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required."
