Job Description

Required Skills & Experience

Hands-on experience in
ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD)
module.
Strong expertise in
designing, configuring, and customizing HRSD applications
.
Proficiency in
ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, etc.)
, workflows, and integrations.
Good knowledge of
ServiceNow platform capabilities and ITSM/HR best practices
.
Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

ServiceNow HRSD Implementation Specialist Certification (preferred).
Experience with other ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, CSM) is a plus.
Exposure to
Agile methodologies
and project delivery.
