Job Description

Role Overview: You are a ServiceNow Implementation Specialist with expertise in configuring and deploying the Hardware Asset Management (HAM) module. Your main responsibility will be to work on developing, customizing, and integrating asset management workflows within the ServiceNow platform. Key Responsibilities: - Implement and configure the ServiceNow HAM module according to business requirements. - Develop custom workflows, UI policies, business rules, and integrations to automate the asset lifecycle. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Ensure data accuracy by integrating with CMDB and discovery tools. - Provide support for User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment, and post-implementation activities. - Create technical documentation and user training materials. Qualifications Required: - 2-6 years of experience in ServiceNow development, with a focus on HAM/SAM. - Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, scripting (JavaScript), and IT Service Management (ITSM) processes. - Experience in implementing asset lifecycle workflows and integrations. - Familiarity with Configuration Management Database (CMDB), Discovery, and software license models. - Good communication and problem-solving skills.,
