Job Description

Role Overview: As a ServiceNow ITOM IT Operations Management Architect, your main responsibility will be to design and implement solutions within the ServiceNow platform to optimize IT operations and infrastructure management. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement ServiceNow ITOM solutions to enhance visibility and control over IT infrastructure. - Develop best practices for Discovery Event Management, Service Mapping, and Cloud Management within ServiceNow. - Ensure compliance with industry standards and governance policies related to IT operations. - Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Integrate ServiceNow ITOM with other ITSM and ITOM modules for seamless operations. - Provide technical leadership and guidance to teams working on ServiceNow implementations. - Optimize workflows, automation, and reporting to improve efficiency. - Conduct training sessions and documentation for end users and administrators. Qualification Required: - Extensive experience in ServiceNow ITOM and IT Service Management (ITSM). - Strong understanding of CMDB (Configuration Management Database), Discovery, and Service Mapping. - Expertise in ServiceNow development, configuration, and integration. - Ability to design scalable and efficient solutions within the ServiceNow ecosystem. - Certifications such as ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist ITOM or ITIL Foundation are preferred. - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.,
