Job Description

The project involves configuring and implementing the Vulnerability Response Module from ServiceNow to establish an end-to-end process for Infrastructure Vulnerability Management within the company. As a tech engineer, your primary responsibilities will include setting up the ServiceNow vulnerability response module to align with company requirements and support infrastructure vulnerability management effectively. To be considered for this role, you should have a minimum of 5 years of relevant ServiceNow development experience, along with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in SecOps Vulnerability Response Application. A deep understanding of the ITIL framework and familiarity with enterprise operational tools and processes such as incident management, problem management, change management, and knowledge management is essential. Candidates should also possess expertise in working with various components of ServiceNow Development, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI pages, UI Actions, Script Includes, ACLs, and UI scripts. Proficiency in Java script and practical experience in ServiceNow Integration with 3rd Party applications are crucial. Additionally, experience in test-driven development with knowledge of the ServiceNow Automated Testing Framework and a strong technical background in building scalable, complex solutions within the ServiceNow platform are desired. Strong interpersonal and communication skills would be considered a bonus for this role. It is also required to have an advanced level of proficiency in the English language (C1 Advanced).
