Job Description

Position:

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules (ITSM, ITOM, etc.).
Design and implement workflows, business rules, and integrations within ServiceNow.
Collaborate with RPA teams to integrate automation solutions into ServiceNow processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow and RPA integrations.
Ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.

Required Skills:

Strong experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
Knowledge of ServiceNow modules like ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB.
Hands-on experience with RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or similar).
Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, and REST/SOAP integrations.
Good understanding of ITIL processes.

Nice to Have:

ServiceNow certification (CSA, CAD, or relevant).
Experience in workflow automation and orchestration.
