Role Details

  6:00 PM – 2:00 AM IST (minimum 6 hours PST overlap)

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow solutions including catalog items, workflows, and approval flows
• Configure UI policies, notifications, business rules, and client/server-side scripts
• Develop automation using

  JavaScript, Glide API, and Flow Designer

• Support and build integrations using

  REST APIs and data imports

• Work on

  ITAM, ITOM, CMDB, and HRSD

  modules
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, testing, and deployments
• Create and maintain technical documentation and user guides

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of hands-on

  ServiceNow development

  experience
• Strong proficiency in

  JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting

• Experience with

  Flow Designer and workflow automation

• Hands-on experience with

  ITAM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD

• Knowledge of

  REST API integrations

  and Script Includes
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills
