Position Summary: Senior ServiceNow Developer/ServiceNow Developer Position Overview: Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow platform development, with a focus on technical architecture and solution design. This role requires a proactive individual who can lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring they align with business objectives and industry best practices. Experience Required: Minimum 4 to 8 years in ServiceNow development with a focus on technical architecture and solution design. Location: Pune/Remote Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions. Act as the primary technical advisor for ServiceNow platform architecture. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and architect solutions. Design and implement ServiceNow modules, applications, and integrations. Develop ServiceNow portals and service catalogs to enhance user experience. Configure and integrate virtual agents and chatbots for workflow automation. Ensure performance, stability, and reliability of ServiceNow instances. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical standards and governance policies. Stay updated on emerging ServiceNow technologies and recommend enhancements. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Extensive expertise in ITSM development, service portal development, and chatbot/virtual agent development, MobileAPP on ServiceNow. Proficiency in scripting languages like JavaScript, Glide, and Jelly. Experience in integrating ServiceNow with third-party systems using APIs and web services. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to propose innovative solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred ServiceNow certifications: Certified Application Developer (CAD), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS). Proven experience in technical leadership and mentorship.
