ServiceNow Consultant (ITAM, ITSM, ITOM, HRSD)

ServiceNow Consultant/Developer

Key Responsibilities

Implement and configure
ServiceNow ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request Management)
.
Work on
ITAM (Asset lifecycle, CMDB), ITOM (Discovery, Event Management), and HRSD (Employee lifecycle automation)
.
Develop
ServiceNow catalog items, workflows, business rules, and integrations
.
Automate business processes with
Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and REST APIs
.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design scalable solutions.
Perform
UAT, documentation, and end-user training
.

Required Skills

45 years of ServiceNow experience, with exposure to
ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD
.
Hands-on in
ServiceNow development (Catalogs, Workflows, Business Rules, Scripts)
.
Familiarity with
CMDB, Discovery, and Integrations
.
ServiceNow
CSA / ITSM Implementation Certification
preferred.
