Job Location - Remote, India

Exp Level - 5 To 8 Years Experience

Immediate joiners or candidates available to join within 15 to 30 days will be given preference.

We are looking for a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in Service Portal development and deep hands-on experience in ServiceNow scripting and integration. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering end-to-end Service Portal implementations from scratch, along with building custom widgets, pages, and self-service solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of custom ServiceNow Service Portals.
  • Develop custom widgets, pages, and UI components using HTML, CSS, AngularJS, and Bootstrap.
  • Perform end-to-end implementation of Service Portals from concept to deployment.
  • Write advanced Server-side and Client-side scripting (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, etc.).
  • Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and web services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Maintain clean, efficient, and scalable code with proper documentation.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve portal issues, performance bottlenecks, and integration problems.

Required Skills

  • 5-10 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow Development.
  • Strong expertise in ServiceNow Service Portal development.
  • Solid understanding and experience in ServiceNow Scripting (Glide API, Business Rules, Script Includes, etc.).
  • Deep knowledge of REST/SOAP API integrations with third-party applications.
  • Experience with AngularJS, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap.
  • Strong grasp of ServiceNow architecture, data model, and development best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
