Roles & Responsibilities:

ServiceNow Integration Developer P2/ P3 with SecOps Module expertise

4 to 8 years working with ServiceNow platform in enterprise widemulti tier ServiceNow production environment

Roles Responsibilities

• Hands on experience in implementing ServiceNow Security Operations SecOps Vulnerability Response Security Incidents Threat Intelligence
• Client and Server APIs i e GlideDialogWindow GlideFormGlideAggregate GlideRecord etc
• Good understanding of Business Rules Client Scripts UI PoliciesUI Actions ACLs workflows Flow Designer import sets transform maps bi directional integrations via REST SOAPetc
• Experience in MID server setup along with configuring integrations with 3rd party systems for data population alert monitoring
• Must participate in build activities and conduct peer reviews and technical validation
• Document technical details and release notes
• Work on bug fixes and core platform developments
• Familiar with Service Oriented architecture and web services integrationSOAP WSDL REST
• Provide software coding and customization including but not limited to data imports integrationscripting third party software integrations and custom application development
• Working knowledge of cloud scripting languages preferably JavaScriptsJSON
• Basic understanding and ability to script automated processes
• Hands on experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems like ADSCCM Monitoring tools Cloud platforms like AWS AzureB2B etc
• Certifications
• ServiceNow Administration certification
• ServiceNow Implementation Specialist
