Job Description

Capgemini is hiring for Service Desk Now- S2P

Experience range: 10 to 13 years

Location: Pan India

Work Mode: Hybrid

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Customize ServiceNow Applications for S2P modules, including workflows, UI policies, and business rules.
Configure and Maintain Service Catalog and related items for procurement and vendor management.
Integrate ServiceNow with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for S2P automation using REST/SOAP APIs.
Implement ACLs and Security Policies to ensure data integrity and compliance
Collaborate with Functional Teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Perform System Testing, Upgrades, and Migration of customizations to new ServiceNow versions.
Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues related to S2P workflows and integrations.
Maintain Documentation for configurations, workflows, and integrations.

Required Skills & Experience

Technical Skills:

ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript)
ServiceNow APIs and IntegrationHubWorkflow and Flow DesignerREST/SOAP integrationsKnowledge of ITIL processes

Preferred: Experience with ERP integration (SAP Ariba, Oracle Procurement).
Soft Skills: Strong analytical ability, communication, and stakeholder management.

Certifications (Preferred
