Job Description

Job Title:

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementations (ITSM, GRC)
Set development standards, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior developers
Architect custom workflows, UI components, and third-party integrations
Handle upgrades, deployments, and platform lifecycle management
Collaborate across business, architecture, and security teams

Required Skills:

Expert in ServiceNow platform, scripting (JavaScript, Glide), Flow Designer
Experience in building workflows, custom applications, and integrations (REST/SOAP)
Sound understanding of SDLC, SAFe Agile, DevOps practices
Proven leadership in managing ServiceNow teams and projects
ServiceNow Certifications: CSA (mandatory), CAD, and one domain cert (e.g., ITSM, GRC)
