Job Summary:

Software Developer (ServiceNow)

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and services.
• Develop and implement new workflows, forms, UI policies, business rules, and client scripts.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications and tools using APIs and integration tools.
• Maintain system security and integrity, including roles, groups, and ACLs.
• Perform unit testing and support user acceptance testing.
• Provide support for existing ServiceNow environments and resolve incidents.
• Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and releases.
• Document technical designs, configurations, and processes.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• Hands-on experience with core ITSM modules (e.g., Incident, Problem, Change, Request).
• Experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript and Glide.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow best practices and architectural standards.
• Experience with ServiceNow Integration (REST, SOAP, LDAP, SSO, etc.).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodology.

Preferred Qualifications:

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or other ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Application Developer, ITSM Implementation Specialist).
• Experience with ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, or CSM modules.
• Experience with Performance Analytics, Flow Designer, or Service Portal.
• Exposure to CMDB and Discovery.
