Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and proactive Software Developer (ServiceNow) to design, develop, and implement innovative solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Key Responsibilities: Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and services. Develop and implement new workflows, forms, UI policies, business rules, and client scripts. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications and tools using APIs and integration tools. Maintain system security and integrity, including roles, groups, and ACLs. Perform unit testing and support user acceptance testing. Provide support for existing ServiceNow environments and resolve incidents. Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and releases. Document technical designs, configurations, and processes. Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development. Hands-on experience with core ITSM modules (e.g., Incident, Problem, Change, Request). Experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript and Glide. Strong understanding of ServiceNow best practices and architectural standards. Experience with ServiceNow Integration (REST, SOAP, LDAP, SSO, etc.). Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodology. Preferred Qualifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or other ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Application Developer, ITSM Implementation Specialist). Experience with ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, or CSM modules. Experience with Performance Analytics, Flow Designer, or Service Portal. Exposure to CMDB and Discovery.
