Job Title: ServiceNow Developer (HRSD / CSM / FSM Modules) Location: Kochi,Visakhapatnam,Kolkata,Madurai,Coimbatore,Thiruvananthapuram,Bhubaneswar,Ranchi,Patna,Lucknow,Chandigarh,Bhopal. Employment Type: Full-time Experience Level: 5-10yrs Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and versatile ServiceNow Developer with expertise in one or more of the following modules: HR Service Delivery (HRSD), Customer Service Management (CSM), or Field Service Management (FSM) . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing and customizing ServiceNow solutions, integrating with external systems, and optimizing business processes. Key Responsibilities: Depending on the module(s) of expertise, responsibilities may include: HR Service Delivery (HRSD): Implement and configure the ServiceNow HRSD application. Apply knowledge of HR functions, processes, and best practices. Design and optimize Case Management and Knowledge Management solutions. Contribute to the development of HR Shared Services centers. Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST APIs and web services. Hold or be working toward the ServiceNow HRSD Implementation Specialist certification. Customer Service Management (CSM): Lead the implementation of standard CSM processes within ServiceNow. Demonstrate deep understanding of CSM workflows and integrations. Develop and maintain integrations with third-party tools (SOAP, REST, MID Server, etc.). Leverage features such as Proactive Customer Service Operations, Predictive Intelligence, Performance Analytics, Virtual Agent, and Continual Improvement Management. Field Service Management (FSM): Configure and manage FSM applications including Work Order Management, Scheduling, and Dispatch. Set up Field Agent activities for both mobile and desktop platforms. Design and implement Field Service business processes and add-ons. Optimize scheduling, dispatch, inventory operations, and time recording. Integrate FSM with other applications and data sources. Apply industry best practices in Field Service operations. Qualifications: Proven experience in ServiceNow development and module-specific implementations. Strong understanding of ITSM and enterprise service management principles. Experience with ServiceNow integrations using web services (REST/SOAP). Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Relevant ServiceNow certifications are highly desirable. Preferred Certifications: ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist HRSD / CSM / FSM ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
