Job Description

Position:

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
Work on ServiceNow modules with a strong focus on
ITSM
processes.
Develop and integrate
REST API
and
SOAP API
for third-party systems.
Customize workflows, business rules, and UI policies to meet business requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and performance.

Required Skills:

Hands-on experience in
ServiceNow development
and configuration.
Strong knowledge of
ITSM modules
(Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB).
Expertise in
REST
and
SOAP API
integrations.
Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, and ServiceNow best practices.
Good understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.

Nice to Have:

Knowledge of ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS).
Experience with ITOM or other ServiceNow modules.

Requirement is for Developers and not for functional/Admin profiles
