Relv Yrs of Exp - 5 Yrs Mandatory Skills - Hands-on with ServiceNow platform, especially ITOM modules Detailed JD: Minimum of 5 years hands-on with ServiceNow platform, especially ITOM modules.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail Experience designing, developing, and configuring solutions and workflows in ServiceNow ITOM modules.
The modules are CMDB (Configuration Management Database), Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Incident, Problem and Change Management modules.
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting languages (JavaScript, Glide)
Proficiency in developing integrations between ServiceNow and other systems, using REST, SOAP, and MID Server Certifications.
