Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow ITAM modules (HAM, SAM).
Implement workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, ACLs, and integrations.
Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into technical specifications.
Maintain CMDB health and ensure asset lifecycle processes are aligned with ITAM standards.
Configure asset workflows including procurement, receiving, inventory, deployment, and disposal.
Develop ServiceNow integrations with external systems (e.g., SCCM, Intune, JAMF, Discovery tools).
Perform defect resolution, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
Create and maintain documentation including test plans, SOPs, process flows, and configuration guides.
Ensure compliance with governance, data quality, and security standards.
Partner with cross-functional teams including ITSM, CMDB, Finance, and Procurement teams.
4+ years of core ServiceNow development experience.
Strong understanding of CMDB, asset lifecycle, and ITIL processes.
Good knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript, GlideAjax).
Experience with REST/SOAP web services and integrations.
Knowledge of Discovery, CI-class structure, and reconciliation processes.
