Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Implement and configure ServiceNow AIOps solutions: Event Management, Health Log Analytics, Predictive AIOps, Operational Intelligence.
Integrate monitoring tools with Event Management and CMDB.
Correlate events and reduce noise using ML-based event correlation.
Design service maps and dependency models for better event context.
Enable Predictive Intelligence for anomaly detection, trend forecasting, and automated remediation.
Develop automation and orchestration workflows using Flow Designer for self-healing.
Skills Required:
ServiceNow AIOps expertise (Event Management, Health Log Analytics, Predictive AIOps)
CMDB and monitoring tool integrations
