Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow's scripting environment. Experience with multiple ServiceNow modules such as: IT Service Management (ITSM) IT Operations Management (ITOM) Customer Service Management (CSM) Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) Security Operations (SecOps) Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Software Asset Management (SAM) CMDB and Discovery Strong experience with ServiceNow Studio , Flow Designer , IntegrationHub , and Performance Analytics . Experience integrating ServiceNow with external tools (e.g., Azure AD, Jira, SCCM, Okta). ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CAD, CIS in one or more modules) is required
